Dallas, TX– June 27, 2023–Radix IoT, LLC today announced two new Lead Application Engineer promotions. The new promotions further cement the company’s unmatched customer support services.
Craig Webber, formerly an IoT Solutions Engineer, was promoted to Lead Application Engineer to lead Radix IoT projects and customer support activities, having provided leadership and mentoring to upskill team capabilities and develop creative problem-solving. Previously, he was Application Engineer with Infinite Automation Systems Inc., and prior to that was Electrical Systems Technician with South Africa’s Vangard Projects as an electrical and instrumentation engineer. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of London and an advanced diploma in electrical engineering from the Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT).
Adam Williams who was previously Service Application Engineer, was promoted to Lead Application Engineer. Having worked with the Radix IoT team on numerous high-profile projects, utilizing his Mango and Automation experience to support customers and his team, Williams will lead his current customer accounts. Previously he served as Software Developer for BitBox USA and prior to that was an Applications Engineer for Acuity Brands. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
